Huf Generation 2 RDV Valve Kit


Huf has released its generation 2 TPMS RDV Valve Kit.

There are two main advantages to the GEN 2 valves:

1) Gen 2 valves allow for more valve angles enabling you to fit the sensor to more OE and aftermarket rim configurations

2) It takes one less tool and half the time to assemble compared to the GEN 1 valve.

Please note: The RDV021 valve nut has an internal washer that breaks away when 12in.lbs. of torque is achieved. Once the internal washer breaks away, the valve sleeve can be tightened down to its proper torque spec.

  • A: Square bolt screw M5
  • B: Valve stem with mounted valve core and grommet
  • C: Hexagonal nut with shear collar and integrated washer
  • D: Plastic valve cap

  • A: Torx screw M5
  • B: Valve stem with mounted valve core and grommet
  • C: Flat washer
  • D: Hexagonal nut
  • E: Assembly pin
  • F: Plastic valve cap
